GTD methodology Training - Ami Industries

 Ami Industries is an injection moulding process manufacturing company, 30 years serving IFB Industries Ltd, the washing machine manufacturer in Goa India. 

This was a training session on :

- David Allen's GTD

- How to use the Bullet Journal

- Agile Project Management - Scrum Board

- Deployment of ASANA software

Also Began with an LDP session on "Personal Integrity"

It was attended by teams from Manufacturing, Quality, finance, Imports, operations & the owner of the Company Mr. Divyesh Shah.

FMEA (Training & Review) for process optimisation

 Conducted Training & Review session with Core team of Astra Metal Systems Pvt Limited, Sancoale plant, serving the American MNC, CommScope.

They are pioneers of CNC sheet metal fabrication in Goa, India from 2006.

Session Brief:

- Identification of process failure modes

- Compilation of multiple Causes

- Correct Scoring of Severity, Occurence & Detection

- Defining appropriate & Clear Existing actions

- Defining Control measures.

The PFMEA was conducted by the team earlier, they had undergone a training a few months back, this was an effectiveness review session.
