Somebody once asked me, "What is the purpose of ISO 9001 certification??" I replied, "Basically, Business is for profits. And Business is run by people, and people follow systems. Have you realized the systems existing in your company will help....either make money or help you to lose money? So, what is the present status of your business? What could you improve? Where are you losing out? That is the REAL Purpose of ISO 9001:2008"...was my answer.
